Todd Keppler

Corporate Administration

Todd Keppler is the Vice President of Administration of PDM. His career started in the precast drainage industry in 2005. He has held various roles as VP in both sales and operations during his tenure. He joined PDM in the fall of 2023 and now provides leadership to IT, accounting, HR, and facilities/maintenance teams. His passion for people and data analysis will help to further drive PDM’s culture and values across the organization.

Born and raised in Northeast Iowa, Todd graduated from the University of Iowa earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Management. He has been a part of both public and private organizations and brings a unique perspective to the team.

Outside of the office, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys a quick nine holes of golf and rooting for all things Iowa Hawkeyes.
