Steve Van Horn

Precast Operations

Steve Van Horn is the Director of Precast Operations for PDM overseeing all operations at the East Granger facility. He joined PDM in 2021.

Prior to joining the PDM team, Steve worked for food and agriculture-related manufacturing companies in multiple locations around the United States. He served in plant leadership roles for over 20 years before joining PDM. Steve graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time at Lake Okoboji with his wife’s family or at his parents’ farm in Winterset. He stays busy attending sporting events and school activities for his three kids.
