Kris Van Hauen

Human Resources

Kris Van Hauen is the Director of Human Resources of PDM. With more than 20 years of HR experience, Kris spearheads HR practices that facilitate an employee-oriented, high-performance culture at PDM. She also manages recruitment activities for all business areas within the company, and coaches supervisors in matters relating to engagement, policies, and procedures.

Kris graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Sociology. She is also a local and national member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, traveling, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
