Adam Petersen

CEO/Chairman

Adam Petersen is the CEO/Chairman of PDM. He specializes in conceptual budgeting of projects and can provide real-time budget guidance for many different structural solutions. Adam thrives on customer service and ensures every project is approached with that mindset.

Adam has a true design build background and graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering. He has held roles on the general contractor and owner side of the construction process, which helps him understand a variety of project perspectives.

When he is not in the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and skiing when the weather allows. He is also passionate about helping kids in Central Iowa, especially at-risk youth, and is an active VIP Fundraiser for Variety, the Children’s Charity.
